ROBERTO LA MORTICELLA
Current Big V State Champ Mens Player at Keysborough Cougars, played 12 years of juniors at Kilsyth Basketball, 1 year of college at the College of the Siskiyous and 5 years of VYCM at Kilsyth Cobras.
WHY DID YOU START THE BIG DOG ACADEMY?
To inspire and teach the next generation of players everything I have learnt on my basketball journey.
WHY DO YOU COACH?
I really enjoy teaching and helping athletes on and off the court, being an athlete has its highs and lows being able to provide guidance, knowledge and support for young athletes, nothing is more rewarding and fulfilling than helping these athletes strive for their dreams and becoming the best versions of themselves.

JOSHUA DUACH
Current NBL1 player at Kilsyth Cobras, juniors at Kilsyth Basketball, attended the Australian Institute of Sport , 1 year at Iona College, development player for Melbourne United, junior state representative for Victoria, AUS junior representative and NBA Academy.
WHY DO YOU COACH?
I started basketball later so I want to give kids the opportunity to have elite training at a young age learning the habits and skills to fast track and further their development so they can be the most successful athlete and individual they can be.
ABE NYOK
Current NBL1 player at Kilsyth Cobras, juniors at Kilsyth Basketball, played multiple seasons of NBL1 with Knox Raiders, VYCM at Knox Raiders and junior college for 1 year in Montana.
WHY DO YOU COACH?
I coach because I enjoy helping young athletes become the best player & person they can be. Seeing them grow and develop on and off the court striving to unlock their full potential is fulfilling.
